    The wood for each individual piece of furniture is carefully selected with an artist's eye. As skilled craftsmen, we select boards that are well-matched for color and grain patterns that will accentuate the design.

    A typical cabinet will consist of dado, rabbet, mortise and tenon and lock-miter joinery.

Technology
  • A German-built sliding table saw and a 37 inch wide belt sander with digital read-out allows for accuracy to a thousandth of an inch, which significantly aids in the quality of our product.


  • A Williams and Hussey moulder along with other industrial machinery, allows us the capabilities to mill our own trim and mouldings to match any piece of custom woodworking we create.


  • Top Shelf Cabinetry is not mass produced. Our cabinetry and furniture is hand made and assembled using time tested joinery to ensure proper gluing surfaces for maximum durability.
